Portland is my snugglebug. I have never owned a dog before due to my mom's allergies, but when a tree fell on top of my pool, my parents decided to surprise me and my sister with Portland. He was only 8 pounds when we got him and he was as tall as my ankle. He is now 29 pounds and is a bigggg fluffball and I absolutely love him to death.
