We adopted Hoshi (which means "star" in Japanese) from a local no-kill shelter in Jan 2006 after he spent nearly 1 year there. Hoshi's background is a mystery - we only know that he was around 7 years old with a severe heart murmur when he joined our family. He enjoys playing with his adopted sister Kimi and his toy monkey. He also enjoys licking his parents arms and burrowing under bed linens and pillows. We are glad Hoshi can spend his golden years with us, bringing us lots of happiness and joy!
