Guzzi is convinced he is a lap dog. He is a 5-year old, Australian Shepherd, who has grown up in New York City. I've come to terms with the fact that Guzzi is more popular than I am in my neighborhood. He definitely makes New York a friendlier place for anyone who walks him. We try to get out of the city as much as possible, and Guzzi is a big fan of road trips, swimming, chasing balls, hikes, and snow. Guzzi is also a therapy dog and visits hospitals for the Good Dog Foundation. He's always a big hit with the patients, and he loves spending an hour getting treats, attention and tummy rubs.
