Profile: Hey there, my name is Maggie. I LOVE dogs. Chipper came to us in December of 2010 when he was about a year and a half old. He is such a wonderful dog, and I can't imagine my life without such a sweet boy. -Yay! Chippy's the Daily Grown-Up Dog on Easter! Both of us are honored.

My dear boy Chipper. When he was around a year old, he was surrendered by his owners to a high kill shelter in Arkansas. Luckily, rescuers saw took him out of that horrible place, and he was taken in by a foster parent. And a few months after that, we found him on petfinder and just fell in love. He's one of the best things that's ever happened to me, and he is such a good boy! When we first got him, we were planning to change his name, but we quickly learned that his name suited him perfectly; he's a very happy little gentleman. We've had him for about three months now, and he is such a smart and kind boy. His favorite things are squeaky stuffed animals, belly rubs, walks, and biscuits. We recently discovered that he sleep talks and moves! He also has another hobby: herding our chickens.
