Profile: We have two Shiba Inus. Budi is almost 6 & Keena is 3 as of today(10/23/10). Such a great breed but they sure demand a lot from their owners! :)

We got Budi (pronounced Buddy) when he was about 16 weeks old. This is a great breed, but its not for everyone. Talk about a handful!!!!! LOL! But, now he's got to be one of the best dogs ever! As a pup he enjoyed 'hunting for & killing' everything: toys, leaves, shrubs, wooden fences, ants, worms, etc. Now that he's older he let's his lil 'sister' do the killing & if its anything good, he'll 'steal' it from her. :)

We got Keena (like Tina but with a K) as a pup from a breeder. She really is a sweet little girl but she's quite protective of the house. She's wicked fast & loves to run! She also loves to try to curl up with her brother (Budi) but he's not always happy to have her do that. She & the cat however love to groom each other! Its all in the family, so its good. ;)
