Juneau is actually a Miniature Australian Shepherd (I couldn't find it in the breed list). She's my dream dog -- not only does she have the endless energy of an Australian Shepherd, but she's never opposed to cuddling. I begged for my own dog my whole life and was heartbroken when my parents agreed to a dog but said it had to be under 20 pounds. Australian Shepherds had always been my favorite breed and I couldn't imagine doing agility and herding and everything I wanted to do with any other breed. Fortunately, I discovered the Miniature Australian Shepherd breed and, although wary at first, I came to discover it was the perfect breed for me. Juneau and I are starting to learn the ropes of agility and are dabbling in herding and other sports. She's the perfect puppy.
