The horses are called Speedy, Bucky, Fay, Taylay, and Gordoe. The ponys are Peter, Piper, Pepper, Penny and the foal is Prescious. The cats are Kilelr, Hunter, Slinky and Nipper. The donkeys are Dippy and Dolly. The rats are Dumbo, Ella, Yasmine, Jasmine, Caster, Casper and Jasper. The rabbits are Thumper and Stripe. the Parrots are Polly and Dennis, we think Polly is a girl. And the Budgie is Luke. My dogs are Shadow, Luna, Bella, Buddy, Charlie, Cosmo, Kylie, Nicky, Choco, Toby and Wylie. I'll have an album for them soon, but not right now. Shadow

Shadow

This is my Red Setter/Irish Setter, Shadow. Shadow is a fast boy who enjoys to run around with Luna, his best friend. He is a great water and snow fan, but loves it best when it snows while there's water around. That is the time to get the 'hazard' sign up, because he loves the lake when it's icy. He stands on it, but has never gone through it which is my biggest concern. When the time comes and he falls trhough teh ice, I'd get in to get him out obviously. The owner of teh dog is teh one responsible for his actions, adn I don't think I could live with myself if a dog in my care drowned. Lol. He also lvoes it when it's hot because he is allowed to swim in the pool! He has just about the biggest heart in the family, and is very layed back. He doesn't mind things jumping on him, poking him, pulling his ears, tail or fu4r and so on. He loves kids, dogs, cats, and playing with me or his sisters and brothers. He is a great family dog who adores me, and loves to keep everyone safe and close together when we walk in teh wide open corn fields at night. He herds all of his brothers and sisters back so they're only a few feet away from me to keep us all together. He loves to be stroked and bathed, groomed and loved. He is one of my first dogs and is a very good and loyal dog. He is bouncy, but he is still young! He was born one day before christmas, so his name was going to be Nick or Chris but he lurked in the Shadows of the house for a while so we named him Shadow.

Luna

Luna

This is my Luna Potcake baby! She is a very out going little girl who is now coming up to two years old! She is a Rottweiler German Shepherd Great Dane Rat Terrier cross. In other words, a right ol' mutt! She is a very good playful girl who loves to run around with all of her friends and cuddle with my two cousins, Lauren and Emily. She was rescued from the RSPCA in Luton, England. We were told that she was agressive so she wouldn't be allowed with any other animals or children, so we lied and said it was just me, my mum, and my dad. She isn't agressive at all! She growled over the food bowl the first day, but Shadow stopped her by chasing her off into the garden. She hasn't done it since, and her best friend is Shadow! She is just picking up on all of the doggy manners, and it won't be long before she starts acting like a dog. Her and Shadow love eachother, and sleep in the same 6 by 6 sized crate at night. In the day she likes to lay on the sofa with my other dogs, eat, drink and play. She isn't a fan of water or snow. She is very protective, and loves to chase small and big things. She chased a Motor bike once! 8O That was when my brother took her for a walk. She turned up two days later covered in mud and looking hungry. We looked for two days trying to find her, but we didn't. She got into the back garden and we saw her. Luckily, she learnt her lesson and doesn't chase bikes, cars or vans anymore. She chases things with fast little legs, but not cars or anything. She barked at our postman the other day and he barked back. She hasn't done it since. Lol, she's a quick learner.

Charlie

Charlie

This is my big baby boy, Charlie. Charlie is now 5 years old. He is a Bernese Mountain Dog rescued from the same rescue that Luna was held at. He is calm and friendly, lvoes to run with Shadow, Buddy and Luna. We are looking for a new friend for him that's his size, but we might just give up. He is now to big to be shown, not that we wanted to. He has a natural show stand, and a perfect coat. He was given to the rescue by an elderly couple who thought he would be...small...??? They must have mistaken his breed for something else. He's changed so much since he was a puppy, personality wise and looks. He is the only one who changed this much out of all of my dogs. No matter how big he is, he's always got a place in our hearts! He isn't a very big water fan, but he loves the snow! He is the biggest member of our fur family, and when he stands on his hind legs he is about 3 inches taller then me and I'm almost at least 5"9'! He loves to bounce, which is a problem. He always bumps into things. He isn't allowed in the pool because he is to big and his fur takes ages to dry, then he's stuck walking around with hot water on his fur in the summer. I hope to have many years with Charlie, so does my brother secretly. Just because Charlie jumps up barking at Tony, my brother, doesn't mean he doesn't like him!

Choco

Choco

This is my big lovable boy, Choco. Choco is a Labrador Retriever mix who was rescued from my friends uncle who used to feed him everything possible, then realized it was bad so he started to treat him properly and tried to get him to loose a few pounds but it seems the fat and bulkiness on him just won't go away no matter what you do. He is now living with me, and is a happy pooch! on the 12th of June, 2009, Choco was ill and not moving. I took him to the veet and they told me to let him sleep on it. The next day, 14th of June, he was no better. I took him back to the vet and got him checked out. They found cancer on his Left Lung, and couldn't remove it. They found the Cancer on the 15th, and ever since he's been fighting. The 15th was a very emotional day for me and my family, but we are now making the most of teh time we have left! Since that day, I have found out where his itchy spot is, that he likes to watch the birds fly around teh room,a nd that he falls asleep when you put the song Hey There Delilah on. Despite his Cancer, Choco is a happy boy. I'll be crushed when he has to go, but I know he has had a happy 6 years with us. He is now 12.

Wylie

Wylie

This is my baby boy, Wylie. He was rescued from an abusive owner (that's what i was told) and ended up here. Someone was knocking on all the doors of our neighbourhood and stopepd at ours to tell us about Wylie and why he was being given away. There's a small part of me that thinks the person giving him away was lying, but I don't care. Wylie is the best free puppy I've ever had! He knows lots of tricks like Shake hands, Crawl, Stand Tall, Spin, Twist, and Sit Up. He also knows all of the basic commands like Sit, Down, Stand, Stay and Wait. He is a friendly little guy who is bored at the moment. He seems to want a new friend that's his size, but I didn't think dog's cared about what size their friend was. He enjoys running around and herdign Shadow while he's swimming, but Wylie won't get in the water. Wylie is a Corgi of some sort, but I'm not sure what sort. I've been looking into it and he looks like a Welsh Corgi. Whatever he is, he loves his tummy rubs and ear rubs. He is a good little guy who is allowed to sleep on my bed on the weekends. He's a funny little mite who falls over things, barks on command and sneezes on command.

Cosmo

Cosmo

This is Cosmo my little Kuvasz cross Poodle. He was rescued from Luton Rescue, an RSPCA In England. He is a happy, bouncy boy who will do anything for attention. He is very, very, VERY well trained and will walk at heel on and off the lead. I don't put him on the lead when we walk anymore. I can take him and my most badly behaved dog out at teh same time because he can be off lead the whole time. He is my little fluffy guy who I use as a pillow when it's his turn out of the crate at night. He likes Luna, and come to think of it everyone else. He is almost as big as Charlie, but not quite yet. He loves the water, sun, Rain, thunder and snow. He is a very strange dog, but mainly because the rescue wouldn't tell me why he had been given to them, nor did they tell me his old name or where he was rescued from. I probably should have walked away because I had no idea about his past, but I loved him the second I laid eyes on his fluffy face.

Bella

Bella

This is Bella, she is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel x Poodle. She is now three eayrs old, loves to run, is a very fast little girl, is best friends with Kylie, was rescued from the same rescue as Cosmo, and is a perfect family pet. She is one of my not-so-well trained pooches. She likes to bark at dogs she doesn't know, pulls towards cars on the road, and you need to repeat yourself when you tell her to do something normally. Despite this, she is my little fluff ball who makes everyone laugh! She lvoes water, which is annoying because it takes forever for her to dry. Her favourite toy is 'the ball' and her favourite friend is Kylie. She isn't my dog, she belongs to my brother but he's gone on holiday so we're looking after her for a while. Part of me will be jumping with joy when I give her back to my brotehr because it's hard enough taking care of my own dogs, let a lone his as well. The other part will be sad because it'll be a while before we see her again, but she'll be happy. I said she was my dog on my profile, but I count the family dogs as 'My dogs' because, I don't know why, I just do. lol!

Kylie

Kylie

This is my baby girl, Kylie. Kylie was abused as a puppy, beaten for doing the slightest thing. She was taken into the RSPCA after a neighbour complained about the dog walking into the back garden (of the owners house) yelping in pain and covered in blood. At teh RSPCA they gave her some puppy pain kilelrs (What I like to call them) and operated on her left leg. She had broken it in three places, and the owner was charged for cruelty to animals. The first few weeks we had her, she flinched whenever you lifted your arm up. I stopepd ehr doing this by lifting my hand up like I was going to hit her, waiting for her to open her eyes, and gave her a treat. Now she doesn't flinch unless she actually did something bad, which is good because we can tell who did it now! Lol, we hate people who beat their animals, and are very happy that we rescued little Kylie.

Nicky

Nicky

This is little Nicky. She is a Cairn Twerrier mix, we think Chihuahua, but maybe not. She was a rescue from the same rescue as Cosmo. She was abandoned on the side of a road by her old owners, and she had a severe case of heart worms. She made it through that and now lives a happy healthy life chewing on Luna's ears and eyes, trying to see what will happen. She enjoys cuddles, running around, and is such a big mummys girl.

Darby

Darby

This is Darby. I rescued Darby on the 10th of July, 2009. She is a Corgi from Hungary, but was shipped over in 2008. She is a real friendly little girl from what I know. She is a loyal little girl who deserves all the best! She loves to play ball, and swim! I don't think he's a Cardigan Corgi, but that's what I was told. More pictures are soon to be added, my computer is playing up at the moment though! Picture #1 looks nothing like Darby. It was sent to me in a email befroe I adopted Darby, I think teh rescue got two dogs mixed up.

Toby

Toby

This is my 9 Month old Golden Retriever mix, Toby. Toby was also a rescue who was imported from Ireland in Janruary, 2009. He loves his big sis, Luna and she loves him. He follows her wherever show goes! He also loves his older brother, Choco, but is real careful when they're playing. He's a great swimmer, and can't get enough cuddles! He enjoy's his new friend, Darby, but still prefers Luna to all of them! He was rescued from an abusive owner at 9 weeks old, and sent to Ireland when he turned 3 months old. He was abandoned after chewing his Irish owners sofa just four weeks after being adopted by him. He was then put into the shelter again. He was transfered to the local English Shelter when he turned 8 months old, and from there on I adopted him after reading his story in the Sunday Times paper. He is a real happy guy and hasn't chewed a single thing since I got him!
