Add to FriendsTia was my only puppy until I moved once too often. She went on a campaign to make me stop working by moving things, or destroying them, all around my house. She ate the new window blinds, baseboards and a couple of nice holes in the middle of the carpet (all in one day - she was trying very hard to tell me she was lonely). I thought about getting another puppy to keep her company, but her twin sister, Sasha, wanted to come and stay with us for a few weeks to see if she could help Tia adjust to her new home. Once living together, they have let it be known they do not want to be apart again, and are perfectly happy in my house, or Sasha's mom's house. The usually spend 3 or 4 months at a time and then go to the other house. We call it "dog sharing". Tia is a soft and cuddly girl with a gentle nature, except she does not like being alone or "joggers". Sasha is "spouncy" (springy, spritely and bouncy), loving, cuddly, and loves to kiss with passion. Sasha does not like bikes! Sasha lets us know when there is life outside the house - my guard dog. They are beautiful, loving, sweet, and all puppy.

In Loving MemoryMarley and I were the closest of companions for 15 years. She was the most wonderful gift I ever received and I have so many memories of our travels together. We swam in both oceans, climbed the Rockies, flew in airplanes, travelled by train, boats and loads of times on long car trips. Marley won the 'Golden Bone Award' for best at Puppy School, and was famous in Russia because she was a great singer to accompany my clarinet. I miss her love and affection terribly and she still appears in my dreams. In fact, other humans who knew and loved her say she sometimes visits them in dreams as well. She was a very special lady. Marley passed away on Mother's day 2002 at the age of 15 (of natural causes - age) and I held her in my arms for her last moments. She knew my current fur babies, Tia & Sasha, and taught them how to love with abandon. Marley was super smart, trusting, quiet, and sweet natured. She was the perfect friend. I know they say that dogs don't go to heaven, but I think I want to go where Marley is! We will snuggle again some day my angel; you, Tia, Shasha, and I.
