we've had gigi 3 years. she had been hit by a car and turned in to the local dog pound. luckily for all involved she was picked up by a rescue group who paid for her recovery, then we were able to adopt her! although it took her a bit of time to come out of her shell, she's now a happy, affectionate, attention seeking dog who is liked by all that meet her. i think we're very lucky to have her. :D
