This is Keiko and he is a Papillon. With his high energy and quirky personality, he is surely one spunky pup. He loves to play fetch and chew on his rope whenever he can.He's very bossy and will try and get your attention. He thinks that he can talk to you and you will understand. I feel that he has OCD at times, because he has to eat his food one bite at a time every day. He tells my family and I when its time to set the table and eat dinner. He loves his family and friends. Also, he doesn't even mind taking baths. His great-grandfather is Kirby, who has won the Westminster Cup. He has this signature spot on his head called the Kirby kiss, in which Kirby also had.
