We got Evie for Christmas in 2008 after our 6 year old boston Lizzie passed away. I didn't want another dog so soon but my husband insisted and I'm really glad he did. Evie is a joy. She makes me smile every day, especially when her tongue hangs out!

Belle is a red nosed pit bull that I found wandering down the middle of a country road early one Sunday morning in late August of 2009. I never really intended to keep her, or at least that's what I told myself. Overnight she became a member of the family and I think that she thinks that is a little dog like our boston terrier. She thinks she is supposed to sit in our laps and sleep on the couch. Once in a while, my husband and I look at each other & ask, "Did you ever think you'd have a pit bull in your lap?" She is a wonderful dog, extremely smart, well behaved, and so unbelievably sweet!
