My name is Ruthie and I adopted my parents from the Atlanta Humane Society. They were looking at another pup, but I was able to distract them and once I licked mom's face it was over - they were all mine! Mom and Dad love baseball and decided to name me Ruthie, from the movie The Sandlot. Remember? "I don't know, it was signed by some girl. Baby Ruthie?" When I'm hanging out with Mom and Dad I like to just lay on the couch and snuggle, but if you get me around any other dogs I'm the social butterfly! Mom and Dad are constantly shocked at how smart I am - seriously, I've got the looks and the brains.
