This is Kira. I like to call her happy, because that's my favorite time to see her. She has a lot of nice qualities and a few not so good ones (chasing our poor cat, Monk who I call Puffy). Kira turned 7 on December 7th, and she is completely blind. Basenjis have a lifespan of up to 16 years, so I'm hoping she'll be around for quite a while longer :) She has a lot of favorite activities: playing with her stuffed Skunky and Scottie, begging at the table, and she adores when I rub the side of her face. She's a bulky dog (although small), so its hard to carry her around! Lol Kira has a unique personality. She has an even temperment at times, but sometimes she happens to be ... aggressive. I don't have issues often, though, since she loves her owners 0:)
