We were cat owners for over 30years, hubby now partially retired, so decided to get a dog, took us a year to decide on breed etc. Got Bunty a springer spaniel, mad as a brush but such a character, now 10 months old, within three months of getting Bunty, bought another one to give her a permanent friend, Crombie who is now seven months old. He is such a sweet little boy, but also a very proficient thief. Love them to bits and my only regret is not having dogs when my two sons were growing up. Both from hunting stock, we live in Scotland and they have a great time down at the beach and river.
