Baxter lives in Charlottesville, VA, a small city and home of the University of Virginia. He lives in the city and loves all the colorful characters he meets on his walks, but he also spends a good amount of time in the country. At 10 weeks, Baxter had emergency surgery to repair a diaphragmatic pericardial hernia (don't ask me how to spell that). Recovery was rough, but he's 100% now and the apple of his mom's eye!
