Profile: We live in Saulsbury, TN. It is between Memphis and Boliver. I do hope that some good people out there will want to take care of these poor dogs. They deserve a good home. Just e-mail me if you are interested in the dogs. There is one other dog that only has three legs. I plan to add it to the list as soon as I get a good picture. Also, we live in a gated community, and they are going to round up the stray dogs and put them down. So if you are interested, please contact me ASAP!!!

This is Shadow, and it looks like we have adopted her. She is a Mountain Cur. She is like Old Yeller. She is very sweet, but she is definitely a yard dog. Shadow has gotten heart worms. The vet said to just keep giving her the heart worm pills, and that that would make the heart worms weak. He also said that she could live to be a ripe old age. This happened because I was a week or two late giving her her heart worm pill. Everybody make sure that you give your dog his/her pill on time!!!

This is a puppy that wandered up. She is very sweet, and loves to play. I haven't seen her for a very long time. I hope that she is alright.

In Loving MemoryWell, it looks like we are adopting this hound, too. She is very sweet, and shy. I do believe that she may have been a seeing eye dog. She likes to take your hand and lead you. I think that somebody is really grieving for this dog. She has perfect manners. Angel disappeared the week of Christmas 2011. She has not come back, and we believe that she was probably shot by hunters around here. They have shot other peoples dogs. We really miss her!

In Loving MemoryMy daughter has named this stray, Tiny Tim because he only has three legs. It also looks like we have adopted Tiny Tim as well. He is very sweet. Tiny Tim is gone now too. We discovered who owned him, but let the dog run loose. He has moved and taken Tiny Tim with him. We miss Tiny Tim. We found out that he was hit and killed by a car. Poor thing. At least he is in doggie heaven now.

He is very sweet and playful. We had to find Beau another home. He just wouldn't stop peeing on everything. He is top dog at his new home, and lives like a king. We are very happy that he has such a good home, although my daughter misses him terribly.

In Loving MemoryI found him about three weeks after I made the worst mistake in my life, marrying the children's daddy. Tiki weighed about five pounds when we found him. After we got him cleaned up and fed, he finally rounded out to eight pounds a few weeks later. Tiki lived about ten years. I loved him very much, and I really miss him now.

This is Nellie Belle, and she rules the roost here. We now have six dogs, and she is top dog.

This is Lucy, and we found her at the gate of our community. When the children went to school in the morning she was there, and when they came home she was still there, so we picked her up and gave her a home. She was obviously dropped off there because nobody wanted her. Well, my daughter had to have her. So she is dog number 2.

In Loving MemoryBelle was Angel's baby. We found homes for all of the 18 puppies before Christmas 2009 except for her. We kept her. She loved to go outside and play in the water and mud. She was very sweet, and protected the children. Belle also loved ice cubes. Unfortunately, around 6:30 one morning, we let her out to do her business, and a car came by and accidentally hit her. We could not break her from the habit of chasing cars. She learned it from her mama. About fifteen minutes after she was hit, she died. She was barely 6 months old. We sure do miss her. We hope to get a fence up soon.

This is "Peaches". She is mostly Basset Hound with some Beagle. She was found on the side of the road, and rescued by a lady who moved to Chicago. She couldn't take this lovely dog with her, so we adopted her. Like all our dogs, she is spoiled rotten. Peaches has a very sweet disposition. We love her.
