Profile: No tail docking! It is mutilation and serves no purpose these days! Dogs need their tails to communicate! Tail is part of the backbone and very sensitive! Why make a puppy's earliest memory one of agonising pain!

Raff (we call him this as I like Rafferty and my mum likes Raffles) is a pure Springer Spaniel, but has a long body and short legs! He is very clever and learns a new trick if you tell him three times in a row. He can fetch slippers, spin, speak, put up one or two paws as well as the usual commands. He also knows when I call on the phone and 'talks' to me. He sleeps on an armchair and has a few weird quirks as Springers do, he won't lie on grass without a blanket and he won't go out in the dark etc. He loves cuddles and presses his cheek to yours and won't budge. He really is a sweet and sensitive little man! Here he is about 10 weeks. He loved that monkey so much he chewed it to death.View Profile
