In Loving Memory

Max is my second Mini Schnauzer. He's a complete love :) He loves to just hang out with me while I read, watch TV, or play around on my computer, but also is willing to go for long walks whenever I'm not feeling lazy. ;-) The perfect "welcome home!" committee, whether I've been gone for over a month (to school) or just 2 minutes to get the mail. He's of course perfectly spoiled rotten, but he and I agree he deserves it. :) In 2007 Max was diagnosed with SARDS, and has since lost the majority of his sight. We think he can see a little when there's high contrast such as on sunny days. He's a little more careful about things now but still the sweet little guy that came up and climbed right into my lap the day he was brought home :) ***************** I lost Max to Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Nov 16, 2011. He stayed in an oxygen cage for two nights in ICU while we tried everything we could. He just couldn't breathe. We held him as we helped him over the Rainbow Bridge, where he can breathe easily. I miss him every day. He was my Best Man. RIP Max
