Profile: I am a huge dog lover. I've grown up with dogs for almost my entire life & I've learned (during the time when I didn't have a dog) that life without a dog, isn't a lifestyle that I ever want to live. I enjoy taking the extra time that I have to take my dog now, Miyko, to training classes & activities that we can both participate in. I love attending all the dog shows that come to my area (Michigan) because I take a great interest in not just my own personal dog but also in all dog breeds.

Here's Miyko (mee-ko). She's a wonderful Shiba Inu puppy who came to me, in Detroit, all the way from Kansas. She's is a very smart, energetic little girl, who loves people so much. At 6 months, she already completed 2 obediance classes. She can sit, stay, lay down, give paw, high five, dance, jump, fetch ball/frisbee, open door, go outside & go swimming, & play bubbles. The big issue she is having is digging in grandmas lawn...which makes her an unwelcome guest at grandmas at times! At 10 months, Miyko completed her canine good citizenship certificate so we can go everywhere together. The most recent class we did was agility & Miyko loves the weave poles. She has brought so much joy into my life & I'm such a proud mama!View Profile
Nike was the best dog I could have ever asked for! He was so terribly spoiled, but so happy! It was unbelieve how intuitive he was to me & my feelings. He wasn't a dog that did amazing tricks or anything special like that, but offered the most unconditional love that I could of ever asked for. As long as he went on his 'a couple miles a day' walk & could sleep on 'his couch' he couldnt have asked for more. I love him & miss him deeply even to this day! Rip Nike 05/01/97 - 04/12/07 I love & miss you to death!View Profile
