Willow

Willow was added to our family after dear Spike passed away. Willow stuck like glue to her brother Rio and would follow anything he did. After he passed away, she decided she would be the only dog in the household. Willow dislikes rain but loves chewies, basking in the sun, chewies, getting her ears scratched, chewies, walks, chewies, and sleeping on the bed. Oh, did I mention that she loves chewies?

Rio came to us completely by fate. When a friend was buying a house, two coworkers and I decided to get her a puppy. We'd found some puppies that were being given away in another town, and after driving 100 miles to get one, the owner decided to keep them another week. We found another ad in that afternoon's paper and went to see those puppies. With every intention of getting the one puppy for the friend, the two coworkers and I walked out with four pups...one for each of us! Rio's favorite pastimes were putting three tennis balls into his mouth at once, fetching, swimming, fetching and fetching. He was the friendliest, happiest and most-lovable 110-lb. lapdog ever!
