She was rescued from a very elderly couple whos granddaughter had dumped her on them. Because they had to leave her tied to a pine tree so she wouldn't knock them down and break something. She was covered in sap, we had to shave her and wash her every day. She is why we started to rescue and stopped breeding labs. She is the matriarch of our clan. The loyalty and commitment to you is remarkable. She and all her "mates" make me happy every day.
