Profile: I am 24 years old, and have been involved with dogs all my life. I was born in a family of breeders, so showing dogs and helping raise litters always came second nature. I spent the past few years showing my father's bull terriers, as well as a few other breeds. When it came to getting my OWN breed, I did a lot of research. I wanted an active coated breed. That narrowed down the search quite a bit... I got my first australian shepherd in 2009. I was planning for a blue-merle puppy girl to show, but after a several turn of events, I ended up with a a black tri 10 month old male with whom my partner and I do obedience and agility! My show puppy is still at her breeder... but it won't be long till she joins us :))
