Penny spend her puppyhood in shelters and rescue kennel and did not learn much of mental maturity. However, she is a sponge of knowledge and is now learning to become a service dog for her mom who has disabilities that are becoming much worst. She still can be shy, but once introduced she a party girl. Her BFF Lucy have playdates at the park several times a week which a highlight of her day. She is well behaved, sweet, and loves her inner thighs rubbed, tummy is okay too, but the thighs...you got to try it she saids.
