I got Abby from my local animal shelter less than a week ago. I walked in and happened to notice her in a cage between two kittens. I fell in love with her the moment I saw her and I knew she was the puppy for me. She is almost nine weeks old. In the six days I have had her, I have already taught her how to sit. I am currently working on teaching her to stop biting, and she is making progress. I don't know what breed she is, and she was the only puppy of her litter that was brought to the animal shelter. She is a sweet girl, and I now have a lifelong friend and companion.
AHHHHHHH!!! She's so sweet. i Love mixed breeds, i hope you have long happy years with this lovely dog. Lots of tummy rubs 4 u!!!!!!! Im sure she'll be great company as well

Abby is the cutest little gal! I love her ears -- they seem to have a mind of their own too! I can see how much she loves you too in every picture -- Abby is just reflecting all that love she's getting from you! May you and Abby have many happy years together!

I can understand why you fell in love with this little doll. How cute - and I love that puppy belly!
Oh my goodness - what a sweet little girl! The tip I've heard about biting is to put butter on your hand, then she will lick instead of bite - but you will have a greasy hand! Good luck for you and Abby!
She is a little cutie. Looks like she could be a little bit German Shepard. But whatever she is, she's adorable, and you're great for taking a pound puppy. How cute she must have been between two kittens. Lots of puppy biscuits for her.
SHE IS TOOOOO CUTE! YES, SHE DOES LOOK LIKE GERMAN SHEPARD. MY SABLE LOOKS KINDA LIKE THIS. THE GUY TOLD ME SHE WAS FULL BLOODED GERMAN SHEPHARD. SHE HAS PURPLE MARKS ON HER TONGUE. I LOVE HER TO DEATH ANYWAY. GOD BLESS BABY ABBY! :)
Abby you are a real sweetheart. God bless you for giving her a wonderful home. Many happy years . Tons of biscuits and belly rubs
Abby you are just way too cute!!!! That is the sweetest little face! She will be a wonderful best friend!
I don't really see the German Shepherd... Perhaps wire-haired terrier mix? But she is a cutie! And she's obviously being well-fed!! :)
I think you and Abby both got the good end of that deal!! She's lucky you found her because you sound like a great pup owner and you're lucky because she sounds like a sweetie already!! Have fun!
I can see why you fell in love with Abby. She is such a unique and beautiful color. I'm happy she has a wonderful home after being the only one brought in. I know you will spoil her.
Well... who wouldn't fall in love with this sweetie?! Wish I could be giving her belly rubs and lots of treats! What a cutie. Wishing Abby a long, healthy and fun filled life.
Abby certainly knows how to pose! Look at that expression and the funny ear flop. AWWW what a sweetie.

Abby is looking at you with such love and trust, she is a beautiful little girl much happiness to you both.
One only needs to have had one puppy experience to feel the warm, snuggly, squirmy, wiggly, goofy, kissy, saucy experiences depicted in this photo!! Patience, my friend, and Abby will be worth every second. God's gift to you. Bless 'em all. Ontario, Canada
How could you do anything but fall in love with that precious face, those warm, sweet eyes? I think that you and Abby have struck each struck gold. May you have many happy years to love each other.
truly very hard to choose a picture. I love the one of her cute little butt. I just want to pinch it and squeeze it. But this picture of one ear up and one down is to die for. She has the face of an angel. THe biting is natural and she will grow out of it, just be patient with her. She is a treasure and you are so blessed to have her. God bless you both.

Abby is lucky to have found you and you are lucky to have found her. So happy for you both. Abby is adorable and has sweet, loving eyes.
In my house this type of cuteness is referred to aa "A little pork chop!" Pretty sure it refers to a adorably round baby belly... : ) She looks as sweet as can be, and is an official "Precious Princess!"
What an attractive lovely Doggirl !!! So sweet, she seems to be so michievous and clever ! I kiss your little nose, Darling !
Love the puppy tummy! Abby is so smart and cute--you found a gem. I wish you both a long and happy life together. p.s. squeeze that tummy for me!

Well, I could just scoop her on up and take her home. What a darling she is. You're in for years of wonderful love.
Abby! You look like a mix of a dog and a monkey! LOL! You are absolutely lovable, and I am so happy for you found your forever home! So, stop biting and be a good girl! May your biscuits and blessings never end!
She is so lucky, May you have a wonderful life together. Since, you adopted her if you live in the US the Humane Society of the US gives and adoption kit to those who rescue a dog or cat here is that website http://www.planetdog.com/adopt/
She looks a lot like my dog Riley who's a chinhuahua/pug mix. She's got the pug body. She's got sweet eyes. She's a doll.
Oh, Abby, you have been blessed by your loved one who rescued you from the pound, and they have been blessed by you, too, with your adorable face, lovely, expressive eyes and that cute little mouth. The picture of you which I've chosen now graces the background of my monitor. Couldn't help myself; I just had to see that sweet, little face for a while longer. You're also in my picture "dogs and cats" screen saver now. Abby has a cute body, with her round, little tummy, her small, relaxed ears and the dark streak which runs down her lower back and tail. The dark around her mouth is cute, too. By the way, I need to check a thesaurus for another word for "cute"... :o) Abby, I pray God grants you a long, happy and healthy life, one where you learn many useful, and fun, things to do, like sit, stay, lie down, roll over, shake and all kinds of neat stuff. I pray you live out your days in pure joy and sunny days, with a nice yard in which to run and play, one maybe lined with bushes in which to snoop and snuffle. I hope you will be a good and loving a companion to your loved one as they are to you. May you both be richly blessed, with many, many "warm-heart" years to come, this from your ol' Uncle Jim in Kentucky. :o) PS-I'd sure love to tickle your chubby little belly for you. I bet you have lotsa doggy kissies and hugs in you to give away, huh? Live long, little Abby... :o)
OK, I have to put my 2 cents in about your little sweetheart's mix: my guess is German Shepherd/Corgi. If you want a pros opinion, I believe you can email a photo of her to a breed specialist on Petfinder.com (not sure of the email address so check the site) and they can determine the mix for you. It's usually more breeds than you think! Good luck with your new addition; I work for my local Humane Society (4-1/2 years and counting!) and I can't think of a better place to find the perfect life-long pet companions than your local animal shelter! Unlimited tummy rubs and bisquits to you, Abby!
what a sweet, little ,beautiful dog !! She will make you a marvelous companion........her color is unique, too. :D
All this picture says is "Are you coming, I kinda' am on s trail of a chipmunk!" And of course you respond... "Thats a chiwawa! Have many happy years together and keep on lovin'!
WAAAAAYY TOOOOO SWEET for words! Congrats on rescuing this angel! There was a picture book that I read to my kids when they were small, about a cute little dog who was very adventurous & who was trying to find out what kind of dog he was. The conclusion was he was a "One of a Kind Dog" & "What kind of human are you?" Speaks volumes, doesn't it? Abby is a one of a kind dog, & you both deserve to be proud of it!
How sweet! I am sure glad that Abby found a good home because I am sure that she is going to be a wonderful little friend!
