Arwen the Chihuahua
Arwen's mom says: Arwen was born on St. Patrick's Day and was the sole survivor of her litter. I named her after Arwen from "Lord of the Rings" the Elf Princess because of the pointy ears. Arwen now lives with 2 cats and 3 dogs. She loves to play with her toys that are much bigger than her and chew on rawhide sticks. She doesn't bark at all, and if she wants to go potty she runs in circles to tell you. She loves to cuddle, be bathed by the cat and is best friends with our Pekingese. She's the baby of the family and everyone treats her so. In the winter she loves the heating pad and snuggling under covers. She's also quite the little pig. She loves treats and meal time. She loves all cats and dogs we meet. Arwen is very special.
She is just adorable. Love all the pics too, She looks like she is very special. Lots of Love and Happy times with her.

If she looks tiny next to a Peke, she's one teeny little pup! Her coloring is unusual and lovely.

arwen is absolutely gorgeous!!! what a pretty little morsel of a girlpuppy she is!! ALL of you doggies are lovely, with Arwen being the baby sister of all! I really couldn't pick a picture, but chose the one of her in the pumpkin because she is such a little treat...... (the pj picture really cracked me up -- are those monkeys on the material?). Extra snacks from a big fan of the little pup!
Now I reckon there is something wrong with the biscuit tally (I clicked on 11 and the average didn't change) as I can't believe that the DP posters would be so mean - We're a generous bunch.
Arwen is tiny but perfectly formed and has gorgeous colouring.Have lots of happiness with her.

As beautiful, delicate and spirited as her namesake -- is there going to be an Aragorn or Elessar for her one day? I couldn't choose just one pic -- the pink puppy tummy, the jammies, the "Gimme dat!" pose .... they need to give us options of choosing more than one! Many years of happiness with this little angel!
I think Arwen is the most beautiful Chihuahau I have ever seen! I never saw one before with her coloring. Being a LotR fan, I was thrilled to see her name; even more thrilled to see she lives up to it and then some!

Adorable doesn't begin to describe Arwen, but it's the best I could come up with. All of her pictures are great, too. I have a chi/min pin mix Minnie who looks like she would be a giant next to Arwen. Many happy years with the whole gang. Hugs, kisses and tiny biscuits from Kansas USA.

heh, I normally don't like Chi's... but this little girl made me smile =) She is a cute little thing... my friend had a huge Old English mastiff that was killed by a chi... how you ask? He choked on it... yes that's right... choked... thankfully I was able to get the little Chi out before it died... She is happily running around her backyard today... that was the strangest thing I ever saw... but thankfully the little one lived to "tell the tale." ... your Arwen is very precious... Keep her away from very large dogs who might mistake her for a "treat"!!!! 11 biscuits for the wittle girl...

When I saw her name was Arwen I was surprised. We have a Frodo and Sammy. We ge a lot of weird looks from people when they hear their names but we love the fact that they are different.

I have noticed that there is a real preference for the larger breed puppies (especially labs) on this site and I'm always surprised when some incredibly sweet baby such as yours does not get 11 biscuits from every single person who sees her. Her loving, gentle personality just shines through in these pictures, and she looks like one of the most wonderful dogs I have ever seen! I'm a bichon person and not attracted to chihuauas generally, but she has stolen my heart. YOu are a lucky, lucky owner! She's a little wonder!

This was the first time I had to take the time to do an elimination process to decide on which pic was my fav! They are all soooo cute! I love her color, very unusual, isn't it? She looks & sounds like a perfect angel puppy! Many, many years of happiness, fun & good health for Arwen & her Peke sister/brother! & 11 biscuits, of course!
Also, I must send heartfelt condolences to Killerfemme. You are very brave to look @ this site right now, I don't think I could do it. I had a 15 year old beagle many years ago who had heart failure & her last nite, she was spending every ounce of her energy just to breathe. I was with her when the vet helped her get to the Rainbow Bridge. My comfort was thinking of her running effortlessly & joyfully with her brother Dusty, my childhood Dachsie Schatzie & my Dad, who loved dogs. God bless you, & help you thru this painful time.
