Becky's mom says: Becky is our second rescue Bernese. She was the runt out of ten and had health issues. The vet said it was as if she was at least three weeks premature. Her rescuer, Small K9 Rescue, got her to the eight-week mark with a lot better nutritional health. When we brought her home, she was ready to meet the kids and Kelly our seven-year-old rescue Bernese. Kelly gave her the "sniff" test and then just raced around the yard in circles and rolled on her back with the biggest smile on her face! Becky just followed after Kelly so instinctually. I think she's a beauty -- but what baby's mom doesn't think that way?

What a photogenic baby. Its obvious Becky's grateful for the new home and new mommies. Her eyes are full of pure love and joy. I hope you enjoy her as much as she enjoys her new life. I believe the photos here are some of the best I've seen.
Oh my gosh, this is one of the cuttest puppies ever. I love that they look so much alike. I have an aussie puppy that has the same exact colors, he looks alot like this pup. Beautiful!

For a second there I thought Kelly was Becky because she looks like a pup too! Adorable baby, so glad you rescued her. And look at the beautiful loving home she has now with her family and big sister. I love the second to the last pic where she's plopped down and ready to play with Kelly and Kelly just sits there with a noble expression. Love the snoozin' pic. Heck, I just love them all. Becky is adorable and so photogenic. Love the pix where she is intently staring at Kelly as if waiting for Kelly to bestow her infinite wisdom. My Sammy was a JR/Corgi rescue who weighed only 2 lbs. when I brought him home, also with a few health issues, but now weighs a hefty 25 lbs. and is a bundle of energy and fun.
Aren't they wonderful? Aren't we lucky?

Our 7yr old Berner was just diagnosed with cancer so it's wonderful to see a new life being cared for and brought out of sickness.

This is my second comment. I had to let you know that it seems that right after I saw Becky and Kelly's sweet little faces, my bad day got much better. I actually had a bad situation turn into something very good, and I know it was your sweet little doggies who made my day. Bless you for taking such great care of them, and I'm glad they're part of a loving home like yours!

Kelly really has just been a great Mama dog to Becky! Keeps her in line too! Made the house training and daily routine so easy. And Becky just wants to please - she's so sweet. They've been super with the kids - they keep their eyes on them as if the kids were sheep - I've even watched Kelly try to herd my littlest one a few times when going into no-no spots! Very special fur kids!

I love this dog, she is so beautiful! Berners are my favorite breed, and I can't wait until I can have one of my own. They are hands-down the cutest puppies. I'm so glad Becky is healthy and happy. The second picture where she's sleeping is adorable.
The picture of Becky sleeping with her ducky was her "first class" plane trip home! I had to fly up from my home in FL to TN to meet the rescuer from AR! It had been a big day!!! She slept the entire way home on that plane ride! Snuggled right up to that ducky! Just precious!
Once you have one berner you just have to have more. We got our first rescue 5 weeks ago she is a sweetheart. She now has a foreverhome to spend her days with our other two. Becky sure is cute.

When my husband and I finnally decide to add another member to our furry family, we are thinking along the bigger side of dog breeds...we have a 1yr old shih tzu named dottie jean....and we would love to have a Bigger little sister for her lol!!! Becy is sooo beautiful! I love her eye brows and such a happy girl!

I have always loved the color markings of the Bernese Mountain dog. I once had a girlfriend that owned an AKC champion Mt. dog named Shadow, and I fell head over heals for him. Not only are they smart, but very well mannered if raised well. Becky seems to have that same look of intellegence, along with her adorable beauty. I wish for her, and you many years of health and happiness together!
