Bindi the Plott Hound / Labrador mix
We met Bindi at one of the local feed stores and it was love at first sight. We brought her home and introduced her to our three-year-old Beagle, Bug, and the two were instant pals. Bindi has a really sweet disposition and is absolutely fearless. She's been a wonderful addition to our pack.

Now, Just how cute is this little girl? !!! I too have never heard of a Plott Hound, but can tell by the picts of her and Bug you can see the similarities and good lord she is almost as big as Bug :-) Oh Well, both are very cute, I wish you many happy years with each other.

Too adorable! One of my 'nieces' is a Plott mix, and she is the sweetest girl in creation -- I can imagine Bindi is also an angel. Many happy years for her and her beagle sib!
What a great mix! I love Plott Hounds, but they have such a strong "hound instinct". The lab will be a great breed to temper that with. Adorible wrinkles, Bindi! You're already showing the hound in you! My beagle digs holes that are twice as deep as she is tall!

At least four of these pics were worthy of consideration as the one to comment on (including the two of them together, the newspaper, and the heavy-duty digging) but I'm choosing this one because it's so sweet and surprisingly underrepresented. It would seem this rough-and-tumble girl has a soft side too! But let's not forget big sis - I'd love to give ol' Bug a good pat on the rump too!
OMG, she is SO CUTE!! I thought she looked liked a Bloodhound and have never heard of a Plott Hound so I googled it and I feel really smart, they originate with a Bloodhound mix, I am getting to know dog breeds pretty well, I'm so proud of that! You're Bindi is just AWESOME!!! she looks like so much fun! I'm totally jealous!

I also have a Plott hound/Lab mix( although I think there was something else in the wood pile as well)and he is the sweetest boy in the world.Does Bindi try to climb trees and treat the neighborhood to that hound dog belling? You can hear my Cesar from half a mile away!Plott hounds are the best!

Bindi...what a pretty name. I first heard it from the late Steve Irwin (I still miss Steve on TV) and thought it was a neat name then. This Bindi is absolutely adorable. I am not really familiar with the Plott Hound breed but it's a handsome breed, for sure. Bindi's sweet face and eyes are the most prevalent of her features. Just look deeply into those deep brown eyes and you'll see more than just dog eyes. Often, if we look closely enough, we can see the heart and love of our Creator around us, especially in the animal world, and this in no way is meant to bring Him down to our level but I believe He chooses to be seen that way. Bindi, I pray God grants you a long, beautiful, healthy and joyful life as you live out your many days on this earth. May you and your doggy pal Bug have many sun-filled days in which to play, with warm breezes and restful nights, and lots of places to dig to your heart's content, this from your ol' Uncle Jim in Kentucky. :o)
