We adopted Linus from the Wisconsin Humane Society during a tornado warning, and a tornado is a great way to describe this little guy! He has so much energy! Catahoulas are very rare in this part of the country (slightly less so since Hurricane Katrina), so we were very lucky to have found him. Linus is very popular at daycare, and he loves playing with other puppies. He enjoys eating peanut butter, chewing on bones and snuggling, but his favorite hobby is mimicking his big sister cat, Penelope. He always steals her glitter balls and shaker mice, sleeps on her playhouse, tries to eat her treats, and even chases a laser pointer! Though he can be naughty sometimes (he's a digger and loves eating dirt), one look at those big brown eyes and all is forgiven!
Linus is gorgeous, he looks so sweet and cuddly and I love this pic where he is smiling! Love and kisses to him and 11+++ biscuits xxx
So many great pictures, but yes, one look at those beautiful brown eyes and how can you resist! You've got yourself a treasure there! Many belly rubs!!!!
I have not heard of his breed, but he is amazingly adorable. Who could resist that face?!? I love his name too. We were going to name our second dog Linus (since we had Lucy) but we ended up with another female. It's okay though...a cutie got the name anyway!!! Million biscuits and hugs!
Oh Linus! You sound like a handfull, but you are georgous! That is one sweet stretch!!! It's like you are saying "Mom, I've had a little too much peanut butter!" Congrats on the newest addition to your family.
What a sweet face! Linus is adorable. I agree, I couldn't resist those beautiful brown eyes! Biscuits and bellyrubs from Pam in Toronto.
I can just hear him say, "Ah, life is just so good. I want to lie here and feel the sun on my face. I wonder what's for dinner tonight? I hope it's chicken."
Linus you are such an adorable and unique pup! I've never seen this bread before but thats one of my favorite things about this site... to see breeds that I've never seen before! Lots of biscuits instead of dirt for you Linus! ;)
I have never heard of this breed but he sure is beautiful. I love his markings. And what a sweet face! No one that is human could say no to those eyes!

Linus, you are such a baby doll. Such a sweet face. YOu are very photogentic, very hard to choose one picture. You are very easy to fall in love with and I have not even met you. God Bless you many many years. ADORABLE!
Look what the tornado blew in - a handsome Southern gentleman :) wonder how he will take to those snowy Wisconsin winters ?
Linus....this sweet face.....you are so cute!!! I am happy you found a loving home and I am sure that your family could not live without their own personal tornado aka Linus! :)
I used to have a Catahoula. They are truly wonderful dogs. Linus is such a cutie!!! That face is just irresistible.

"Are YOU talkin' to ME?" I had never heard of a Catahoula Leopard either, until we adopted one early this year. You are in for such fun - and lots of loving! Our Barney seems to think somethings missing if he's not touching at least your foot! I love how no two look alike on these dogs, such wide variations. But they all seem to have the same temperament descriptions and ours fits it to a T! Lucky you, Lucky Linus!
Linus, you are a sweet buddle of, cutest! You look so adoreable! But, I never heard of that breed. Must be rare. Just like his cute face!
Hooray for a happy adopted puppy from Wisconsin!! I have one too!! Make sure you spoil him-he already lives in the best state in the country!!! Many happy years together-he is too cute. Love the name too!!

Oh Linus you are so cute! You look so happy in the sunshine too. You remind me alot of my little boy Ronan who is a mixed breed, so many similarities tho! He digs and eats dirt too! Enjoy being a puppy and obviously the "star"!! Your are toooooooo cute! Millions of biscuits and belly rubs buddy!
Linus is just GORGEOUS!! We too adopted a Catahula Leopard/Lab mix, ours is from the Birmingham,Alabama-Humane Society. Emma was a resue from Huricane Katrina (she's from Louisana). We are very blessed to have her in our family. Just one more word.... ENJOY*
