Lucy was found by a nice stranger who brought her to the local humane society. All but one of her litter mates were drowned. She came home with me when she was just seven weeks old. Lucy likes to chase Pete the cat and go on car rides. One of her favorite activities is to dig in the garden and play with her empty milk jug! She has a very outgoing personality and gets along great with other dogs and humans. She is quite smart and in the top of her class in puppy kindergarten.

Both of my dogs are rescue dogs....we are so lucky that there are still good people in this world that want to give them good homes!!! Many wonderful years with your girl and may she live a long and happy life with you from Erie, PA!
Lucy Loo you are gorgeous! I love the American Pitbull wrinkles on her forehead and her coat is so amazingly shiny. Have fun with your happy family!
What a beatiful shiny coat she has. That face, Lucy, if I saw it, would be smothered in kisses. Love you big fluffy ears too. I am laughing out loud right now at the cuteness of you. Such a baby doll. God bless you kind girl.
She looks EXACTLY like my lab mix, Rosebud (who is 2 1/2 years old)...so much so that they could be twins! Thank you for rescuing her! May you have many happy years with Lucy...if she's anything like Rosebud, she will keep you on your toes, but will be the sweetest dog you've ever known.
Such beauty in her black coat!!! It is very sad to hear about her brothers and sisters. Thank you for adopting her and giving her a good life. She is georgous and her name.....Lucy Loo....very cute!!! from Toronto
Lucy Loo...you are gorgeous!!! What a beautiful shiny coat you have there. You remind me a lot of my very own Lucy who is a yellow lab. I have a very similar photo from when she was a pup. What a lucky pup you are and a million hugs and biscuits for you!
Such a cute puppy! I was sad to read about her litter mates, but must say that I am so thankful for people like you who take in these precious abandoned pups. I grew up in the DC area, so this picture makes me smile. A million biscuits!
I agree with every sweet comment made about your precious Lucy Loo. She's an absolute stunner! May you have many happy years to love each other.
I love all the photos, but this one says to me, "It looks like a long way down over this edge!" Such lovely shiny fur, kind eyes - this pup has a ton of love in her heart! Lucky human family - years of kisses ahead!
Thank you for restoring my faith and hope in humans. One of my rescue pup stories is exactly the same situation, and I could only manage to save one of the pups before it went under and became alligator food. Same breed, a little younger and tan with white chest. Around Easter, I rescued another little pup that some sick human just threw out the car window into a parking lot, which makes 2 rescues in 4 months. I feel that Karma will take care of the disgusting people, but feel blessed that I just happen to be in the right place at the right time to save the animals. So far I have a Great Dane, a Husky mix, a Yorkie, a Chihuahua, 2 parrots and a Skunk........all abused throw aways. Once again, thank you for being you!
this pix takes the cake! Lucy-Loo is such a sweetheart! :D look at that shiny coat n those melty eyes! thank you so much for giving her a lovely home. take good care of her ya? :D

Lucy Loo is such a sweetheart, as an owner of two labs, I must say they are my favorite and Lucy Loo is adorable! It makes me sick to know there are people out there capable of doing such horrible things to animals, but I am so glad thet Lucy was saved and now has such a great home. Many kisses, belly rubs and treats to this sweet girl. I know she brings so much joy to your life!! Rescued pups are the best!
I have a yellow lab mix named Lucy Loo! She is the sweetest, most affectionate dog, and like your Lucy, she's a rescue. What a lovely velvety coat! What beautiful, loving eyes! If you get half the love from her that I get from my Lucy, you'll be abundantly blessed!

May her life be long, happy, healthy and filled with joy. I wish her litter mates could have been so lucky. God bless you all (and the little puppies in heaven)!! XOXOXO
What a pretty baby she is! A pox on whoever drowned her siblings, there will be a special punishment for monsters like that and a lifelong reward for good people like you who took in this precious orphan.
What a gorgeous girl! You did a good thing taking this baby home with you. Glad she survived such a horrific act to enjoy a happy, healthy, much-loved life with you. Big kisses to her--and biscuits!
She looks exactly like my Lab/Pit mix. Her name is Maggie May, but we call her Lucy Lou all the time! She's 2 now and has been a wonderful daughter, not just a pet! Just watch out for dominance issues around 18-20 mths. Hope you enjoy this cutie as much as we have our baby!
Oh I don't know how to pick just one. You must love her to bits to make up for her lost siblings. EVIL EVIL PEOPLE who do this will pay later. She is so perfect, so beautiful, so sweet and innocent. It just freaks me out to hear about her siblings. I wish I could just scoop her up and get some sweet kisses from her!! A bazillion biscuits forever for sweet Lucy Loo
Lucky Lucy Loo to have been found safe, and saved to find a wonderful home. Her poor little littermates - there's a place (and it's not Heaven) for the scumbag that did that to them. Have a wonderful life Miss Lucy Loo, and tons of fun and adventures with your family.
This is just about the cutest picture I've ever seen. What a sweetheart. Lucy I love those soft, silken ears!
What a precious princess! I bet she'll be the most loyal pup you ever had. Also, great DoF in the photo.
