Marley the Brittany Spaniel
Marley is our Brittany spaniel and is a rescue dog, as is his big brother, Mike the boxer. Marley's favorite things are belly rubs, kibbles, toys and sticks. We have quite a collection of sticks by the front door where Marley drops them before coming inside after each walk. These boys have turned my world upside down, but what a great ride it is! The boys go for walks four to five times daily and have play dates most evenings with other neighborhood rescue dogs. They are the darlings of the neighborhood. Our dog walker, Uncle Kurt, as he is known by all, brings them treats and toys daily and gets them out for mid-day romps and excursions. The boys love to ride, and we load up the Forrester on a regular basis and hit the road. It's quite a sight, but what a wonderful life!

Marley's picture popped up on my screen, and the first thing I said was "awwwww"! What a cute little guy and such expressive eyes. Best wishes for a long and happy life to both Marley and Mike.

We occasionally get this look from our brittany Daisy. It makes me think of the sitcom phrase "Whatju lookin at james?" Cracks me up! He's a handsome sweet adorable cutie pie! God bless!

I just love Marley's mask! He looks like a BatDog! :) I have always loved Britney's though I have never met one in person. Marley is so lucky to have a family like yours. Lots of love.
Marley is gorgeous! I love his coloring--it is a bit different from most Brittanys I have seen. I think it might be his mostly white ears! Very cute! I just love this nap picture--so sweet!

Brittanies aren't spaniels anymore...they dropped the "spaniel" years back because they are pointing dogs, not flushing dogs. I've had three, hope to have one more before I'm done with dogs. They are busy, but worth it. I have two rescues now and will probably to to Brittany rescue for the last dog. Good luck with Marley, he's a doll!
I think Marley is a beautiful dog. He looks so cute chewing on the stick. I have a Black and White Brittany Spaniel that is 9 years old and female. She lives with my parents because my dad is disabled and she helps him a lot. My husband and I do not have a big enough backyard for her, but my parents recently moved into an apt. and now we are considering bringing her home with us. She gets along well with our two Beagles.

this puppy is So cute! are you sure he isn't a little english setter? i have two, and he looks just like a setter pup. both breeds are very rambunctious, but sweet as can be, and it's good he has a big brother because they do not like to be left alone! whatever he is he's a beautiful dog and so lucky to have a happy new home. you did a good good thing!

Darling dogglet! I love his unusual markings & he looks like he has dogganality to spare! I had a 1/2 Brittany many years ago--he was a great boy & lived to a fine old age of 15.5! much love & best wishes for a happy, healthy long life.
