Panku the Dachshund
Panku's mom says: I had a wonderful dachshund named Indi for two years, and then one day I decided that I wanted to get a little brother for Indi. I found Panku (short for pancake), and I fell in love with my little creme-colored dachshund. He is about 3 months old and he and Indi get along wonderfully. To describe Panku, imagine a small fluffy soft stuffed animal that can move - and that's him. He is the happiest most social little dachshund pup I've ever met :) Indi and I are happy to have him !

In general, I am not especially fond of this breed. But Panku is undeniably adorable. I have an "Indie" myself...a 5 year old Bichon Frise.

Panku is absolutely the most precious little doxie next to our Dorie, that is :-) !! As a fellow dachshund mom, there's no other dog that can compare to these little guys when it comes to affection and cuteness. (I am a little prejudiced, although we have had labs, mixes, Brittianys, cocker spaniels, and an afenpincher/yorkie cross. Our Brittiany and affie are great dogs, too, but Dorie is the best behaved, even if she is a little overpossesive ;-) . I'm so glad you found Indi for a companion to your other doxie. That's what we were after, but, alas, we ended up with the other two, lol. Of course, we have seen ads galore since then. Best of luck with Panku andIndi, your precious little ones. He is just adorable. My dachshund, Yoda, will be 1 tomorrow. I had never had a dachshund before, but now can't imagine not having at least one. I hope your little guy brings you lots of love and happiness. You just gotta love those little chubby dachshund paws.

She is also light tan, only there is no black in her fur. We joke and say she is a toy yellow lab.

I'm not usually a Doxie fan, but Panku's coloring is amazing! He looks so soft! I love the deep coffee with cream coloring. I hope that he keeps his black hair. I know most puppies lose it if it's at the ends like his are. He's adorable!

I like most all dogs, but I have my favorite breeds. While dachsunds are wonderful, they've never made that list. I think Panku just changed my mind. He's just the cutest little thing! He has made my day. Thanks for sharing him with us. :)
Dachshunds are one of my favorite breeds anyway, but Panku is one of the cutest I've ever seen!! I hope you will submit some grown-up puppy photos of Indi so we can see Panku and his brother together!

Panku is sooooooo cute! I love his coloring, his fluffy, highlighted ears, & that adorable face! I had a short haired brindle dachsie, Schatzi, when I was growing up. He was the answer to a million prayers--& he turned out to be the darling of the household. We used to call him the clown, b/c he was always making us laugh! Take special care of his back---we almost lost Schatzi due to a back injury from just jumping out of the car when he was 2 yrs old. He lived to be 14, & I will never forget him. Very best wishes for a long wonderful, HEALTHY life to little Panku & a zillion biscuits!

I love all dogs but I'd probably not ever pick a Dachshund for myself, but I do find myself drawn to them when I meet them. I have to say, of all the the Doxi faces I've ever seen, little Panku is taking the cake. Look at those eyes!! I can see how it could be love at first sight!! 11 biscuits for sure.

another totally adorable doxie boy! I am totally enamored with doxies as I have a red smoothe mini boy named Malachy and had a red long haired female when I was a kid. they are just the most loving little creatures in the world! Mine is my "fur kid" as I always wanted human kids but hasn't happened-my lil guy will let me hold him like a baby in my arms and he is just the best snuggler! enjoy your little guy! 1,000 biscuits to him!
