Roxie the Labrador Retriever
Roxie's mom says: Roxie is a recent addition to our home and we already can't imagine our lives without her. From the moment Roxie walked in the door, she owned the place (and she knows it). She recently found her voice and has to greet everyone she meets. We call her our little drama queen because she always has to be the center of attention. When she is not, she throws a little whining and crying fit (much to our amusement). She is spoiled rotten with loads of toys and even her own kiddie pool. Her favorite hobbies are attacking feet, chasing her tail, chewing dad's shoelaces, shredding cardboard, sleeping in her water dish, sleeping on the couch, eating grass and mom's plants, and most of all, eating mom's slippers. We are enjoying every minute of her puppy energy. We are so happy that she is such a wonderful dog and we look forward to years of Roxie-fun!

I love this breed, they are the most lovable, and protective dogs i know. They love everyone except the people who try and harm your family, people and pets alike. She is very lucky to have a loving family like yours, and you too are very lucky to have her. ENJOY HER !!!!!! :)

It was almost impossible to pick a favorite pose - she is quite photogenic. I had to choose the only time she is probably not getting into trouble. Wish I could cuddle her, shower her with kisses and belly rubs. I am sure you will have many wonderful years with her. All 11 biscuits!!!

Roxie is absolutely adorable. I don't think it's possible for her to get any cuter. She is going to go from an awsome puppy to an awsome adult puppy. My husband & I got a black lab/golden retriever for our first dog & he was an awsome dog. At first we thought we got a little black termite for a dog with all the chewing of wood he did in the beginning, but that all changed. The only think he never outgrew was the digging & eating the dirt so that we didn't have anything to fill in the holes with. We no longer have him & still miss him a lot after 3 yrs. All the chewing & hole digging is remembered with a smile and warmness of the heart. Enjoy all your many years of happiness & Love with Roxy. Lots of kisses on her little brown nose!

I can just picture Roxie, having a little puppy tantrum, that no one is paying attention to ME!!! One of my dogs nicknames is MEME, because she thinks the world revolves around her. Roxie has the cutiest darn face ever! The attacking feet thing...NIP IT IN THE BUD...not so cute when she's grown and you are trying to get out the door or go down stairs.....we are STILL trying to break our black lab of that habit! Anyway, just give her tons of lovin' that's what labs do best!

OMG! There aren't enough bisguits available for this precious little bundle of chocolate love! I had a part lab, she was black and got her when she was four months old, her other part was irish setter! Some of your little girl's expression remind me so much of my Jynx, who has been gone for 9 years now! I wish you all the love and fun and enjoyment with your Roxie that you can possibly squeeze into your lives! By the way, Jynx crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the ripe old age of 12!
Roxie is so adorable! She sounds like a typical Lab puppy; naughty but cute enough to get away with it! They do grow out of MOST of that foolishness but keep enough of that spirit to be fun when they are adults.

There is something so fetching about a Lab's "Please love me" face! I baby-sat a chocolate lab on weekends and when the owners' vacationed 4 times a year and he was such a con artist! His owners insisted he weighed 10 lbs more every time he came back from my house. Enjoy your baby - a very sweet breed indeed and he is just gorgeous.

wow, what a beauty! I have to disagree with I think about the 4th comment down about her not being a lap dog. And why not? I have 2 goldens and a rotten-weiler mix that share lap space every nite while we're watching TV! They don't understand that they're not the pomeranian, and if HE can sit in our laps, then why can't they? LOL LOL. It makes for a lap full but I wouldn't have it any other way.
