We adopted Sadie from the Humane Society in Indiana. Her litter had been abandoned. We had to drive a ways to adopt her, but that drive was so worth it! She is a playful pup, but also loving and affectionate. She is also a smart little girl; she is potty trained already and understands several commands. Her shelter name was Gracie. So in honor of the Humane Society listing her on Petfinder so we could find her, we kept part of that name and named her Sadie Grace. We are thrilled Sadie is part of our family.
Awwwwwwwww Sadie you are the most precious looking little baby ever. Me want....... A zillion biscuits and all the hugs and cuddles in the world sweetheart. Have the happiest and healthiest of lives. My most favouritist breed!!!!
I just want to snuggle my face in her sweet little chest! Love her white paws, her tummy and...well, I love everything about your cutie. Wishing her a long and healthy life. And all the best to you for loving Sadie Grace.

What a lovely pup and great pictures here and in your album too. The Border Collie part of her mix will ensure you have a bright, intelligent and faithful companion. I specially like the picture you've used as the intro. Loads of biccies and cuddles. (CandyBoo, there are some more piccies in Sadies album)
Well done on rescuing miss sadie grace! She is absolutely spectacularly sweet and cute and cuddly. And who gave her less than 11 biscuits!!! Okay then give her triple from now on!
She's a totally pretty little girl! It's heartwarming to know that she has a home. Thank you for adopting her!

How can anyone resist puppy belly??? I just want to cuddle up with her and tickle that belly!! She is adorable. Bless you for adopting!!
Sadie grace, I have so many things to say to you, first you are such a cute little girl, you are so lucky to have a mommy and daddy that wanted you. I just love all your pictures, but this one is just the best, when you sleep on your back you are showing your mommy and daddy that you trust them because your tummy is the part that all doggies protect the most. My little Sadie and Zoie both sleep on their backs too, they both snore though, I hope you don't LOL. MANY MANY happy years to you and your family Sadie, I just wish I could give you more than 11 cookies, you would get HUNDREDS. Lots of belly rubs and kiss's. Your so cute.
I am SO glad you chose to adopt from a shelter! We need more like you! Being a proud ownder of THREE rescue pooches....there is nothing like 'em! They KNOW....they just KNOW!! Your baby is gorgeous! Many smooches..sent from my pooches...and oh...me too! Bless you!

Gee, I had a dog way back when and he looked just like this puppy. Back then NO ONE went to breeders and EVERYONE went to the pound or took in a stray. His name was Tippy and I adored him. he lived till he was 17 and I was married by then! Your little girl reminds me of him so much. Love to him and many happy days with her. she is adorable!! -Bucky and Bailey's Mom

Sadie Grace is a lovebug! People like you who have adopted shelter dogs are an inspiration to many of us. My next dog will be a shelter dog. Love you both!
She reminds me of my own rescue BC mix. Congrats. I hope your life with Sadie is as treasured as my life with Buddy! :)
What a sweetie! Like RayC said...be prepared to be herded. My rescue doggie is a sheltie and he uses his nose to herd everything...especially me. So, do be prepared and how it makes ou laugh. God bless and enjoy. Don't you wish you could have brought them all home? LOL
Oh, she's beautiful. I can't blame you for driving such a long way to get her. She is utterly lovely. Both you and Sadie Grace are very lucky to have each other. I bet she'll be really smart and loyal because of her Border Collie breeding. Mwah - kisses to Sadie from snoopygirl. xx

AWWWW she is absolutely ADORABLE, it was so hard to pick a favorite photo. Lots of cookies and hugs!!
Awwww Sadie you are tooo cute! I'm sure it's exhausting being a pup, playing all day and being cute is hard work. You seem to have found a nice spot on the couch. XOXOXOXO and tons of belly ruuubs!
Like everyone else who's commented, I'm totally and completely in love with your story and your precious Sadie Grace. May you have many happy years to love each other!
Sadie G is "da bomb". I have a shelter dog, bassett&corgi mix (I call him a "Corsett") and he is the most loyal and loving of the 5 fur babies. 1 mix breed,1 doxie and 2 Boxers. As much as I love my Boxers if I ever have another dog it will be another shelter baby, they deserve the best and my kids get the best of everything!!!!!!!!!!!!
What blessings you have received by adopting and saving her. She is a lucky girl to have joined such an obviously loving family. Enjoy her always, but be prepared she is a high energy dog and needs lots of exercise and mental stimulation as they are rated as the smartest breed. Sign her up for puppy classes right away and maybe Agility or Herding when she is old enough.
I forgot to tell you all that my shelter boy was over a year old when I got him and even though puppies are great please don't overlook the older ones!!!!!!
Sadie Grace, you are an angel!! I just love this puppy, and a thousand thanks to you for adopting this beautiful baby! Wishing you many years of excellent health, happiness and lots of love. A million biscuits and tummy rubs for this sweetie! XOXOXO
I have two Border Collie girls both who are 10 years old now and going strong. They were Indiana rescue BC's as well and my Isabella is a mix like Sadie only with the rough coat. Her facial features and markings are exactly like Sadie's. They are the most intellegent, intuitive and more than an little weird dogs you will ever have, and I would not have anything else. It's like living with quirky little furry people with lots of idiosyncrasies. Personally, I LOVE it. I think you will have many years of entertainment and great interaction with Sadie. My best to you -
Tummy rubs! Tummy rubs! What a beauty . . . how could anyone ever abandon this sweetie? And I have a soft spot for black dogs with white underbellies, paws, and tail tips (as my Precious knows very well!).
Sadie Grace you are one of the mostgeorges puppies I have ever seen. You look sooooooooo soft and cuddlie. Your face is sooooo adorable and you napping is absoloutley cutieeee!!!! You are sooo cute and I hope you stay like that. CCCCCuuuuuttttiiiieeee!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for choosing a Rescued puppy! She is gorgeous. Of course, she's smart...she has BC in her. Just wait until she gets older. She'll probably be doing your taxes and rewiring your house for you out of boredom! LOL
"I AM paying attention! You just caught me resting my eyes!" What a serious cutie. Love and hugs and tummy rubs. A million bikkies!!
Well, it's been ahwile since I wanted to sneak over to somebody's house and steal their dog, but Sadie Grace could be the one. What an adorable baby. Head and tummy rubs for her, kudos to you for adopting and treats for everybody!

Oh Sadie Grace i just want to kiss that cute little muzzle and rub the sweet puppy tummy of yours.LOL What a cutie!
Saddie Grace you just stoled my heart. I'm like the other lady I good just put you in my arms & never let go. What a Face! You'll be a beauty queen & please be picky with your boyfriends someday& also tell your mom I mention about commercial dog food is bad for all dogs.DEADLY BAD I lost my border collie of lumph node cancer at age 7. He looked so much like you & smart as a tack. There's web sites all over about commercial food. If I'm ever fortune enough to get a baby like you again thats what I'll do. That is cook their own treats & dinner. It is cheaper & quicker to fix than you would think. Love you baby Grace oxoxox Tonya from....Ky. Hope my comment doesn't afend mommy or daddy. If I new this several yrs ago my Scottie might have lived alot longer than only 7 yrs.
You know, I'm always happy to see folks joyful after adopting a new pet, which is really a member of the family. Sadie Grace is a beautiful little dog with a really sweet face. I can tell she's loving by her eyes. I bet she doesn't object much to tummy rubs, either. :o) She look so soft and silky. I bet she shines in the sun. It's my prayer that Sadie Grace lives a long, joyful and healthy life with you, that each day brings new joys and toys to her, with many, many days filled with sunlight and butterflies and neat places to explore. I pray this for Sadie Grace in the Name of my Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for sharing Sadie Grace with us. She brought me a smile today. :o)
Well done on rescuing her. She's going to keep you busy for a few years !!
