Dog Breed: Australian Shepherd / German Shepherd Dog
Sassie just turned three months old. Being the baby of the family has not stopped her from proving she is the top dog in our house. She holds her own with our two older dogs and plays just as hard as can be. She loves, loves, loves everyone and is very social. We cannot go through a crowd without her having to say hello, give kisses or just look darn cute.

Sassie, (what a cool name) you have one of the most beautiful and unusual coats I have ever seen. So many different shades and patterns. And those eyes…golly, what a girl! :o) My mother, who went Home too early in 1985, loved the different doggies and kitties of the world, as does my 88 year old dad. I was blessed to have grown up with animal-loving parents. Sassie, you have a really wonderful personality and many times animals are gifted by our Loving Creator as are those whom He made in His Image. My heart tells me Sassie of the beauteous heart will leave a mark during her passage on this earth and that many who meet her just might, for the very first time, experience in a thunderous way the unconditional, over-flowing, never-ending Love of God. Some may take issue with me for saying such a thing and they are free to do so but I know in my heart of hearts I have been touched by animals many times in my life, and the love they show IS an unconditional love. There is more to this world than some may think. We came not from amoebas and the like but from the Loving Heart of our Creator God and His Love flows in more channels than just humans. I believe Sassie will prove to be one of those channels, as will many of the puppies feature in the Daily Puppy. By the way, thank you to all who are involved in making the Daily Puppy possible. It’s become quite a blessing to me. I mean that.
