Zoe became a part of our family after our first Bichon Frise passed away. She is about nine weeks old and getting more curious and braver by the day. Her high energy keeps us busy, but after a good tug of war and run around the yard, she is more than happy to curl up on your lap or snuggle next to her standard poodle big brother. She constantly attempts to jump at the ears of her new play mate who is slowly but surely getting used to the new baby of the house. She also loves to jump in or even lay down in her water bowl on hot days. We're looking forward to the day when she realizes that the dining room is not her private bathroom, but until then we're thrilled to wake up to her wagging tail and tiny kisses.
THIS PUPPY IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. I LOVE PICTURES OF THEM SLEEPING "HARD" SO THEY CAN BE REALLY REFRESHED AND READY TO GO. MANY KISSES AND BELLY RUBS....AND SO MANY COOKIES THAT SHE CANNOT FINISH THEM IN HER LIFETIME
zoe is by far the prettiest bichon frise i have ever seen. she looks like the sweetest little girl. so gentle. you are so lucky to have her. she is so so so cute. anyone who gives her less than top biscuits is mean. look at her eyes!!!
1,000,000 biscuits! I mean she looks like a beautiful toy! But she must be real, right?! She is the most adorable puppy! You're so lucky! she'll be trained soon, before you know it! in the meantime, much happiness and joy with Zoe, she's divine!
what a beautiful puppy! dont get discouraged about potty training. they all learn eventually. try taking her out every three hours, then stretch it to four. puppy bladders are also very small so she may not catch on until later. as for the lack of biscuits. some people must think that you just click on the bunch, not pick a number. i did that a couple of times in the beginning. it doesnt matter anyway, shes a doll. enjoy her..
omg its been so long since a bichon has been the daily puppy Everyday i check to see if a bichon is the daily puppy but it never has been My bichon is called Lydie look at the pics of her shes 19 weeks old and shes sooo cute have a look at her!
What a furry little cutie! I love how small she is but they really do have big personalities! Congrats on on being puppy of the day!
What a sweet little girl, Zoe, you tell mommy and daddy that at least your not peeing or pooping on the carpet, the hard floor is not all that bad, and tell them that they do make potty pads for your training. :-) you sure are a little cutie.
Sleeping Puppy Picture! My favourite. Zoe sounds like quite a character. I'm sure she'll learn her bathroom geography soon. She certainly is incredibly cute! Biscuits and bellyrubs from Pam in Toronto.
It's best for the small breeds to paper train them IMO. Set up some newspaper or wee wee pads...then when she pees or poos on the floor...take it over with her to the paper, wipe it on the paper and praise her tremendously! She will soon realize that pee and poo go on paper, and life will be easier for all. I do this with my shih tzu...only thing though...we have to race her to the paper before she eats the poo! Thats a whole other training method...basically when they don't eat it...praise them and give em a treat...if they do eat it lock em in the bathroom til you clean it up..and say no eat poo.
So hard to pick just one picture. She's just so adorable, looks like a stuffed animal. I love the way she races around and then collapses for a nap. I hope she will soon leave your dining room for the outside bathroom facilities LOL.
OMG, just the cutest little baby. I had a dog for 15 1/2 years that looked so much like you, Zoe. Her name was "Snuggle Bear" called her Snuggles, as she looked like the fabric softener bear. She was a long haired Chihuahua and Toy Poodle. I love Bichons too.
Zoe sounds like a very special treasure!!!! I hope ya'll have a long and happy life with Zoe! Zoe is a very sweet and super pretty puppy! Precious Zoe looks like a sleeping beauty in this pic!!!!!!
WOW - We have a maltipoo and his puppy pictures look just like Zoe's!! Needless to say, Zoe's a DOLL - ENJOY!!!
She's ADORABLE!!!! I have two bichons and they are just precious. I do have to wonder, though, why the small dogs tend to not get as many biscuits as the labs and other types. Enjoy her!
What a sweet baby! I hope you have many happy and healthy years together! My mother-in-law has a Bichon like Zoe. Much love and many biscuits to you Zoe!
Zoe looks very energetic...what a darling face...nothing like puppy kisses in the morning, or anytime....
Well, I swear...I open up the Daily Puppy today and what do I find but a cute, little, white fluffy-muffin. :o) Zoe, you're a cute little bundle of fun, aren't you? You're quite the photogenic one, too, my little friend. Seems like no matter what you're doing when the picture is taken, you still look good while I, well, we just won't go into it. I will venture to say there are some broken cameras in my wake which were fine until they tried to take my picture. (I know...I'm not a comedian) I'd say your bathroom habits will straighten out soon. Our Harvick took a but to get squared away but then, when he did, he hasn't gone in the house since, except for a couple of "excitement dribbles" after we had been gone for a while and he was excited with a fairly full bladder. I'm glad humans don't do that. Zoe, I pray you have a very long, healthy and fun-filled life, with lots of play time with your big brother, huge water bowls filled with cool water on hot days and an abundance of love from those who have become your family members, along with lotsa kissies, tummy rubs and side-tickles, this from your ol' Uncle Jim in Kentucky. You're sure a cute little booger! :o)
Oh, sweet little Zoe!! We had a bichon named Zoe! She lived until age 17. Since then we have two other bichons, Emma and Henry. Bichons are the best. Good luck with your little one; she is perfect. Give her a kiss from Emma and Henry
Hard to choose my favorite; all the pictures are just so good! I love the one of her running, and sleeping also. This little cute precocious look really captures a Bichon for me. Our neighbor had one years ago, such a sweet pup! A million biscuits, and many blessings to you!
Zoe, you simply couldn't be any cuter (or fluffier)! I love this action shot. Sending a truckload of biscuits your way, sweet Zoe!
Zoe is so cute that it was difficult to choose a picture. How could she have been given few biscuits?!! Love her name, and wishing you a long lifetime of joy together.
Fluffy little puppy having fun, what could be cuter? She's adorable and I'm sure quite the cuddle bug when she sits still. Have patience with the potty training. This too, will pass and she's worth every minute you spend with her.
HI MOM, DID YOU SAY "DINNER'S READY? HERE I COME." Look at me go when it is time to eat my dinner!!! What a beautiful little snowball. Zoe is so precious. I love her. Many happy days and years with this lovely little lady. Hugs and Kisses from Elizabeth and Dane Miss Katie =O)~
Zoe is adorable. I have a rescue named COCO and some people swear she is Bichon others Maltese with Poodle but all I know is she is the sweetest cutest little love bug. Zoe will give you so much love and you her. Enjoy. lots of biscuits and many smooches for Zoe
I just love Bichons! They remind me of a ball of cotton. My Pom took what seem liked forever to potty train! It was so long ago now, he will be 9 next week! Good luck with that, and all I can say is breathe, smile, breathe. Much patience is a virtue. All the rewards of a life long friend and companion is worth every bit. 11 biscuits for you Zoe!
Zoe is absolutely too precious for words. We agree at our house that waking up to a wagging tale and tiny kisses is more than worth any naughtiness. May you have many happy years to love each other.
Zoe is a sweetie of a pup, for sure! My Maltese is often confused with a Bichon, probably because they both come from the same 'family lineage', way back when, along with the Coton, and Havanese. Enjoy sweet Zoe, and here is to many hugs, kisses, and biscuits and future 'outside potty'!!! She is lovely!God bless!
omg its so cute it looks like my dog when she was a puppy she is so cccccuuuuuuuuuutttttttttttttteeeeee eeeee
She is so cute. She looks so much like our maltipoo. Be patient with the housetraining I did not think Lacey would ever get it
What an adorale little cotton ball. Wishes going out for many years of health and happiness together!
She is adorable! Looks like a stuffed toy! Tummy rubs galore, and kisses on her sweet little nose! At nine weeks, she needs a little more patience with training. She will get it! A boatload of biscuits for her and her big brother, too.
Zoe is breathtakingly beautiful....so pure white and fluffy. The picture of her running in the yard is wonderful photography. Lots of love to this darling little girl and her lucky family!
Run Zoe run, run run run run Zoe, I love to watch you run run run you sweet little running girl fluffball don't ever stop running...go go go run run run I love watching you run, don't stop running. I know you are getting tired, I can tell, but I can also see that you love to run. Go go go, chase that little bunny that is just outside the picture, I know you can get her if you just run a little more...run run run you puffy ball of love I don't care if you pee in the house, you are so cute.
Zoe is precious! I had a Bischon, Dewley, but we got him at a shelter when he was already over a year old, so I'm happy for the chance to see how adorable he must have been when he was still tiny!:) Zoe, you are tooo cuuuute! I know you'll get a handle on where your puddles go...eventually! ~Keep enjoying your wading/drinking bowl! hehe;)
Zoe, how sweet and beautiful you are, I just love this sleeping puppy pic, you look so innocent and perfect. 11+++ biscuits and kisses darling baby, have a long and happy life xxxx
OMG SHE LOOKS SOOOOO CUTE!!!!!! I have a bichon frise too!! shes a purebred as well!!! LOVE YOU ZOE!!!!!!!!!
I have a bichon too and she is the sweetest dog I've ever had.I got her when she was three but am sure she looked like Zoe when she was a pup.Zoe is a real little beauty.I just love bichons so much.
Don't you just LOVE when they are sleeping - such ANGELS! and not chewing anything! Much happiness to you and this adorable snowball! Loooooove her!!!
She is adorable!! Bichons are absolutely wonderful! Good luck with your training, she should catch on quickly though:)
Why doesn't Zoe have an 11 biscuit average?!?! Doesn't make sense, is everybody blind today or what? Look at that cute face I just wanna give her kisses!!!!! 1 billion biscuits for Zoe, and I hope you have many happy years with her. Love, Nicole
Puppy in motion ~ my favorite!! Zoe, you are soooo adorable! Live a long and happy life with your puppy parents and your poodle bro!
I have two Bichons, Mitzi and Max. Max was featured last year on Daily Puppy. When I saw Zoe's photo come up on the home page, I thought they site had accidentally shown Max's photos again. They really look so much alike. I just love this shot of her sleeping... they are so precious when they pass out! Have fun and enjoy her. She is such a cutie pie. Lots of biscuits.
Puppy 'hi-jinx'. Lots of puppy cookies to you. The training will be over before you know it. Like kids, they grow up way too fast.
Who says you have to just pick one picture? I liked them all so i picked all of them. Zoe looks like a lil' baby sheep, i remember when my mamas poodle was that small, looks just like PePe'. Looks like you also should buy some stock in Kodak cause i suspect you'll be taking LOTS more pictures of this cuddly lil' one. She just makes me want to cradle her in my arms like a baby and give her tummy rubs, lil' nose kissy's & schnuggle hugs!!!! Too bad i can only click the 11th biscuit once. I'd be clicking for all those ppl that DIDN'T give her any....(whisperin' now) "Sleep softly lil' one, dream of bowls of milk, tummy love & many happy days running in the sun, chasing chipmunks & wading in the water bowl. There's lots to learn." (kisses her on her fluffy lil' ear)
I used to think I am not a small dogs person, but cuties like your Zoe have changed my heart! Oh, I would just cover her with kisses from nose to tail! God Bless you and your animals for many years of health and happiness together!
I am sorry to see that the first four voters gave only a few cookies. Kids, I guess, who like to be mean. Zoe is a darling fluffball--- and good luck with that peeing in the house thing. I've heard Bichons can be tough to housebreak, but no breed could be tougher than my female JRT who STILL pees in the house now and then. She was SEVEN in August! Kisses, cuddles, and cookies from Cara...
