Zella the American Bulldog
Zella is quite possibly the friendliest American bulldog puppy ever. During her walks she needs to say "hi" to each and every person. Depending on how busy the Chicago sidewalks are, it could take about an hour to go around one block. Her hobbies include playing tug with her pink pig, chewing on Mom and Dad's toes and pant legs, biting sticks, snuggling on the couch, stealing clothes out of the hamper and getting a tan on the roof. Her dislikes are walks in the rain, not saying "hi" to everyone on her walk and her reflection off all the kitchen appliances. Her best friends are Ziggy (English bulldog), Mia (beagle mix) and Lucy (Maltese). Zella rocks at puppy preschool and is first in her class. Mom and Dad couldn't be prouder of our little munchkin.
She's BEAUTIFUL!! We have an American bulldog in our family, also. They are very very lovable, so don't be surprised if she wants to sit in your lap to watch TV every evening at 70+ pounds.

Actually, there were so many adorable photos from which to choose that I just used this one b/c it was the closest ... and featured Zella's pink tongue, of course. Which coordinates nicely with her pink undertones. And her pink toenails (ready for her pawdicure, I presume?) All pink and white and puppish and just too sweet.
Zella is a doll baby! She has the most velvety sweet face. Don't let her get sun burned....

Honestly, bulldogs have never been my favorite, but your Zella is totally precious and very photogenic. I can see why she is such a show-stopper on the streets of Chicago !! Now, if I knew she was a Cuns fan, she'd be just about perfect :)

As the former mommy of a wonderful American Bulldog I can tell you you're in for a wonderful ride. They're fun, gorgeous, regal, sweet, cuddly and just one of the best dogs you can imagine. Enjoy... and many belly-rubs to Zella!!

Zella, must be something about Chicago. My dog and I live here, too, and she has to greet every single person we come across on our walks, so our walks take forEVer. She always looks so sad when we run into the occasional person who is afraid of or uninterested in dogs. Maybe we'll run into you and your parents one of these days and you and my dog can exchange tips on how to deal with those people. Chicago: The City of Friendly Dogs. :)

She is a one of a kind handful. My sister has a bulldog and a pit-bull too. I have two dogs. The new one was found tied to a post of a vacant house. In bad condition, had him two weeks, he steels everything and greats everyone he can too!
