Sangi the Saint Bernard Mix
Sangiovese is a four-month-old Labrador / Saint Bernard mix who was rescued from a litter of 11 puppies found under an abandoned house in New Orleans. He's playful and wacky, a natural comedian who has us constantly laughing with his cartoon-dog antics. The good news is that all 11 pups have found homes -- but we got the best one!
Smile for the camera! What a cutie, I'm glad he and his litter mates have all been adopted, that's great.
I love this face. It's the "Can I help you?" face :). He looks very kind and wise. You'll probably never have a moment of peace with him because he looks like a thinker, always figuring ways to get into mischief. Enjoy your beautiful rescue baby :)
OH! And it fills me with joy that all of his littermates have been adopted as well. You truly can't wish for a better outcome to a rough start in life.
Sangiovese looks like he's been drinking a little to much of his favorite wine! He's precious! Any word on the status of his parents? Do they now have homes too?

He s so adorable, I found it so hard to pick a favorite picture but in this one he looks so peaceful and serene, like he knows what could have been but is so grateful he has you now. So glad the rest of the litter all found homes too, lets hope they are all as happy and content as your boy and may all of the litter have long and healthy lives, filled with long walks, plenty of hugs and cuddles and lots of doggy biscuits :)

Here I sit, not broken hearted. Found my home and now it started. Tons of fun and lots of play, when will they get home? How long will they stay? I can't wait, but for now, I will just watch and show them how. How i will grown to love them too, how all us pups fall in love with you! Wow! the laughter has just begun, wait till I am older, there still lots too come.

He is SOOOOO cute! We have a 7 month old St. Bernard weighing in at 90 lbs! We also have an 11 year old lab!! What a great mix you have! I just want to hug him! Thanks for sharing these pictures! You have really brightened my day!

Sangi is one of the most expressive pups I've ever seen. I think he must know how lucky he is and in every look he's letting you know the sweet thoughts that are going through his mind. May you have MANY happy years to love each other.

I rescued both of mine, and this is my usual morning prayer: "Thank you, Lord, for there were the two best dogs in a whole world, and you decided to give them both to me!" You sound like one in a million. We are all VERY happy that you and your siblings were all saved. You may be the best one of the litter but sounds like you got the best home too. We hope that you and your family have VERY many healthy years together. And you deserve many biscuits.
My mom had St.Bernard/golden retriever (??) mix that someone threw out in her yard and this baby looks a lot like him.Hers grew to 140 pounds and loved her for 14 years.I hope you have many many years with this sweetheart!
