What a cutie/sweetie-pie!! Just be glad you don't live in a city where "Pit Bulls" are banned. The state of Ohio is trying to pass a proposal to ban Pit Bulls in all of Ohio!! Cincinnati and some suburbs have already banned these dogs. This is one of the most loving breeds of dogs. People who engage them in dog fighting rings or who don't treat them as part of the family (tying them up outside and ignoring their basic needs) are the ones who should be punished, not loving, responsible dog owners. If treated as a part of the family, these dogs are wonderful, even around children, and are not aggressive. People who love Pit Bulls, please email State Representatives with your concerns, even if you don't live in Ohio. If this becomes Ohio law, you can bet other states will start following. State Rep. Tyrone Yates is the one heading the ban. Whatever happened to our freedoms in this country?! Will these bans continue until all medium and large-sized dogs are banned? I'm sorry to get on my soapbox on your forum, but a lot of dog lovers see the Daily Puppy, and I feel the need to get the word out. I'm doing all I can to fight this. (I don't have Pit Bulls myself; I've got three 60 lb. lab mixes.) Thank you for reading this, and many thanks to all who "fight" this Ohio proposal. I hope you have many happy years with Curtis.
