Hi, I’m Dallas, a.k.a., “Little D,” and soon to be “Big D” if I have anything to do with it. I’m just a 10-week-old puppy that has been given a second chance at life. When my brothers and sisters were just two days old, we were abandoned on the side of the road. Who could do that to me? Do you see this cute face? Sigh. Even though I had a rough start, I now enjoy a dog-gone blessed life. When I saw my mom at the adoption event, it was love at first sight. She said "Dallas, do you want to come home with me?" and I wagged my little tail and went sprinting into her arms--I knew she was the one for me. Little did I know how much my life was about to change. My days are now filled with cuddle time, kisses and belly rubs galore, beach adventures and chewing on my mountains of toys –- a far cry from my days on the streets. Some may say I am spoiled, but Mom says I deserve every second of my new life. Every morning when I wake up, she hugs me and says "I love you Dallas, do you know what that means?" I wish I could speak human and say "I love you too, Mom", but I know she knows.
