My parents adopted me at 6wks, and I always had a totally affinity with our golden lab, Nan. Mum says she woulld lay me between Nans paws to stop me crying g and I would be instantly calmed. My first word was 'doggie', which was obviously bought about by this huge love I had for this wonderful dog, and this was totally recipricated by my beautiful Nan. She was my companion and protector until I was 11, and she was 13.
The grief I felt when I lost Nan could never be put into words - there simply are no words to describe such desolation.
Gratefully, I believe in the Rainbow Bridge so strongly and know that my darlings are waiting for me, with Nan at the head of the queue. I will love them all forever. Sending love to all those that have lost, and sending love to all those have found new joy in their hearts, as I have with my Rudi.

Jake, you are what makes labs the best ever. That face, I just want to kiss it forever. My lab will be two this July 3rd. They grow so fast, it is hard to believe he was that small once. But true to his nature he LOVES everyone, every person and every dog. He is sooo smart and just wants to be friends with everyone. ESP food! Food comes first I must admit. Jack, you really are too cute for words. Like I said you are the classic lab puppy, AWESOME! God bless
