Marley's favorite thing to do is torment our six-year-old beagle, Dipstick. He also loves to chew on anything he can get his paws on, especially stuffed animals. Sleeping has become a talent of Marley's, seeing as he loves to sleep under the wood stove or on anyone who has an available lap! He is still trying but has yet to conquer getting on the couch, chairs, bed, or anything to get a height advantage over Dipstick. He has learned where his toys and food are and makes a conscious effort to let us know it's time to eat by scratching on the cabinet door where his food is.

I am utterly and completely smitten. Marley is sooooo adorable (and, obviously, mischievous)! And look at handsome Dipstick, all grown up and dignified (or as dignified as a beagle can be, b/c dignity isn't really their thing).Oodles of scritches, ear dandles, nose beeps, and, of course being beagles, treats for both boys!

Marley you are such a dear!! Way back when i was just a young pup myself (7 year old - going into 2nd grade)we got a little beagle puppy and i named him sparky! I loved that dog so much - he was mine and for a 7 year old he was my everything! He left this world after a big doberman who was riddled with rabbis killed him. I don't mean to be morose - but Marley is the first beagle i have seen that reminds me so much of my baby Sparky. Marley brought a huge smile to my face! My loving years to you and yours!!
