Noot is a sweet and friendly puppy who loves playing with people and other dogs. He was adopted from a rescue organization in Georgia but loves his new home in New York City. Noot really enjoys chewing on his toys, chasing balls, and running around in the park.

How can anyone give this adorable little gremlin any fewer than 11 biscuits? I have noted this tendency to give small dogs lower scores. As a mother of small dogs, I have never understood why this is so. Small dogs can be bolder and have more heart than their big counterparts. In fact, they usually do. Give this adorable little fellow his love. He is a totally precious.

Noot is one of the most beautiful little pups I've seen in a long time. Wish I could give more than 11 biscuits to make up for those who think a dog has to be big to rate high marks. He deserves a much higher score than he has. I hope his owner understands the bias some people have against small dogs.

Noot (a really cool name, by the way,) you are the very epitome of contentment, lying there in your home with your toy, a doggy smile on your little doggy lips and, most probably, a full tummy. :o) You are a cute little booger, for sure. I haven't seen a Peke puppy in a long time. It's a pleasure to have this memory of mine refreshed.
My late Aunt Trudy had a Peke many years ago when I was a kid (I'm 57 now) who's name was Malachi, which was reduced to "My-Ky", the "y" pronounced as in "sky". You know how pet people are with their nicknames for their pets. My-Ky was a trip, the best I remember, and it sounds as if little Noot is the same, if not more. :o)
Noot, ya sweetie, I pray God gives you a life filled with kissies and hugs, lots of food, plenty of toys and doggies to play with and most of all, always people around you who love you, adore you and keep your ears, shoulders, chest and tummy well rubbed, this from your ol' Uncle Jim in Kentucky.
