Frank N. Stein
Beagle/ Bluetick CoonhoundFrank was adopted from Nittany Beagle Rescue in May 2009, when he was 10 months old. There have been many guesses about his breed over the years, but based on his markings, his body shape, his behavior, and the crazy bark/howl, the firmest guess is that he is a beagle/blue-tick coonhound mix. Frank loves rolling around in blankets, destroying squeaky toys, looking out the window, and showing off his tricks like high five and counting for crunchy bones.

Mia
Beagle/ Rhodesian RidgebackI adopted Mia from the Lafourche Parish Animal Shelter when she was around 8 weeks old. She came from a litter of 7 that were found roaming around a golf course. She's very smart and at 5 months old she already knows how to sit, lay down, stay (when she wants to) and high five! She is very lovable and lazy. Likes: Playing with the cat whenever possible. Eating bugs outside when we walk her. Her purple ball. Going "turbo puppy" and running in circles around the yard until she's tired or dizzy. Jumping on my bed right after ...
