Abby is a border collie (mix?). She was abandoned in a field with her mom and 10 siblings, and was found covered in fleas, ticks, and lice. When we rescued her, she was unbelievably scared and timid. Overcoming her phobias has been a lot of work, but is rewarding. She is a very sweet dog, and surprisingly mellow for a border collie. When it isn't play time, it's nap time. She knows sit, lie down, shake hands, high-five, sit pretty, roll over, and spin. Her favorite activities are running around with her doggie friends and fetching frisbees or tennis balls.
