my mom got Arnie when he was just a puppy before I was born.he lived to be 16 yrs old!!! And he loved every moment of it. He was the most melow dog in the world. He would let you hang on him anything, he was amazing!!! And I dont think we could ever get another dog like him.If you have lost a dog before you can understand i wish I could have a comment from arnie. If he was alive i am sure he would say...Comment from Arnie: Will you give me a hug!!! i love you. i think i will go take a nap now.I need all the hugs and kisses I can get

16 years is a long life,but it's never long enough when you have to lose a beloved friend.I'm glad you had so many good years with Arnie.his spirit will live with you always.He was certainly a handsome fellow.

AWWW SO SORRY TO HEAR OF HIS LOSS....ARNIE SURE LOOKED ALL GREAT DANE TO ME IN THE PIC'S...HE WAS A BIG OLE GUY AND 16 IS A VERY LONG TIME TO LIVE FOR A LARGE BREED DOG...I'M GLAD YOU GOT TO HAVE THAT MANY YRS WITH HIM...I HAD A MALUMUTE HUSKY CROSS THAT ALSO LIVED TO BE 16 UNTIL A STROKE ENDED HIS LIFE...I ALSO HAD HIS SISTER FOR 12 YRS UNTIL SHE WAS BITTEN IN THE MAIN NERVE AREA BY A RABID COON..SHE BECAME DEATHLY SICK JUST HRS AFTER THE BITE....SHE EVEN HAD HER SHOT TOO.BUT IT DIDN'T WORK...KISSES N HUGS FOR ARNIE.....RIP OLE BOY..COMMENT ON MY DOGS PLEAZ
