Meet Bear. He's a 4-year-old old American Pit Bull Terrier that we rescued when he was 3 months old. How could anyone simply just throw away a dog? I'll never understand it. Contrary to many people's perceptions of pitbulls, Bear is a sweetheart and a big baby who adores and craves attention ALL the time. He has a love for socks and tissues, and loves to play tug-of-war. He also has the most intense eyes I've ever seen on a dog, and when he wants something he'll put his head on your lap and look up at you. He can sometimes be a handful (especially for me because he's all muscle and he's WAY stronger than I am) but we love him just the same.
