Beau was so gorgeous. That's the only down side of owning pets - the day you have to say goodbye. It's hard but you had ten wonderful years with your sweet boy to remember in your heart.

So sorry for your loss. He reminds me of my Rusty who also died from cancer. Goldens are so full of love that it is really hard when that love is snatched away from us.

It's so hard to have to let them go, he had a good and loving family. He was a handsome and sweet looking boy!

OMGOMG OMG i have a golden retriever! golden retrievers ROCK!!!! and i'm sorry, i don't want to be mean to other breeds, but it is the hardest to say goodbye to goldens because they are always so luving

Thank you all so very much for your kind words. It will be 1 year this month (May 29, 2009) that we lost our beloved "Bowie". I miss him very much :o( He is with his big brother Bear and his little brother Snowy now... and everyone's beautiful furr-babies who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge... someday we will all be reunited :o)

R.I.P I am born on the 2nd of december! and he is only a year younger than myself! Im very sorry of ur loss ive went through it 3+ times its really hard eh? But our dogs are looking down on us making sure we're safe.:)

When I read your beautiful tribute to Beau it brought tears to my eyes. It is just sooooooooooooo difficult to lose them but you always have his spirit with you. He was sure a handsome looking boy. Love Storme, Zoey, Dixie, Zech, Zenia & Willow. Manitoulin Is. Ontario.
