As an update: Charlie passed away on March 20, 2009. We have lost a steadfast member of our family and we will miss him dearly. Charlie is a tri-colour rough collie who joined us at 9 months of age. He was a wonderfully relaxed and mild-mannered dog who proved to be a great first dog for both of us. Soon after his first birthday, Charlie had his first seizure and we soon realized that he had idiopathic epilepsy. Despite his various health issues, he was a great dog with a relaxed, sensitive disposition and we love him to bits. He celebrated his 11th birthday in January 2009. He shared our home with 2 other dogs and always loved being in a 'pack'.
