Hi my name is Darby. I am a eleven-year-old Golden. I am a S. California dog and love to go swimming in my families pool. I take my job as lifeguard very seriously and will lead my family by their arms back to the shallow end if they stray to far. A few years ago my best friend and big sister Taffy a Queensland Heeler died. She was very old and didn't really play with me but I missed her a lot. Then my family brought home a aussie puppy named Skyler. She was Puppy of the Day 6/11/08. She is really cute and I like being the big sister now.

They make such a good pair! It's so nice to see a senior dog like Darby! I am sure she showed Skyler the ropes when she was a little one. Have a great & wonderful life sweet Darby!
