Duke is an Ausralian Sherpherd. He was born and raised at our house. His grandmother,a red Australian Shepherd, was my birthday present from when I was 5. She had a litter of puppies and there was one white puppy that we sone found oout was blind and death, Duchess. Then Duchess had a litter of puppies but this time there were only two and they were both white though only one was deaf. That was Duke. Duke actually understands when you pat your leg that he is to come and he knows not to use the bathroom in the house. He is one of my smartest dogs considering his dilema.
